When we refuse to control and manage our desire or admiration for something, we expose ourselves to internal conflict with ourselves and our society, especially the people we admire or what they have that we desire.
It's natural to have a feeling of craving for something we admire or desire but when we know we certainly are not in the position to have them yet but we keep fighting to get them we only open up ourselves to the conflict that begins within and ends with people around us and that can wear us out faster than diseases.
