Hacks to Reduce your glucose spikes:

  1.  Eat food in the right order- FPC - Fiber then Proteins/Fats and end with Carbs
  2. Drink Apple Cider Vinegar before meals to help the body process the glucose.  Your muscles will be able to use the glucose more efficiently.
  3. Walk/Exercise for 15 minutes following (or before) eating to help the body flatten the glucose curve.
  4. Cover your Carbs - add some protein or fat when you eat carbs as it will slow down the absorption of glucose.
