Lesson 2: Don’t run after goals, run after habits

Let’s say, you want to wake up at 6:00 AM every day, so to do that, you have to go to sleep at 10:00 PM. This way, you won’t feel tired all day but if you go to sleep at 2:00 AM then you won’t be waking up at 6:00 and even if you do, your day will get ruined.

So work on habits, even small habits can make a huge impact. The same can be applied to exercise, you won’t see the results on the first day but after a month or two, you will notice the changes.

So focus on small habits, and in the end, you will be close to your goals.
