Report , inform, and consult. This forms the basis of all communication, collaboration and healthy information sharing in any organization. Report the problems even if you don't have an answer, as the cost of not reporting the problem is high.

Mind , Technique , Body - are the key elements for maximum performance. Winning also requires a mindset thats can cope well with stress and setbacks.Behavior = Motivation (mind) , Ability( technique) , and prompt ( Body)

Shin-gi-tai

meaning embrace your Imperfections ! Learn to accept your flaws and also of others. As nothing lasts forever and nothing is entirely complete. No one is perfect as we are all humans . learn to find beauty in your imperfections.

Find your purpose to live. Know your reason for being. This gives the life a direction to work towards.

Omoiyari means caring and showing sincere consideration for others . This helps in building compassion and empathy towards others. Helps in creating healthy relationships.

Have dignity during hard times. Such times need to be met with emotional maturity and self control. These times teaches us patience, tolerance ,resilience and perseverance. Which results in overall growth of an individual.

Gaman

Having empathy towards others. As nothing in life is permanent and we gracefully let go of our attachments to transcient things.

Mono-no-aware

Offering the best service without expecting reward. Just keep doing your work to its best ability .
