2. Don't think about everything all at once. Take a pen and paper and write it down to release it all. Look at it and find the most important one you want to take action on.
3. Identify the next step only, not the next 5,000 steps.
4. Get your physical body moving. This builds momentum, action creates more action. Inaction creates more inaction. Always looking for motivation is bs, according to psychology when you take action, you become motivated.
5. Just do it, take action regardless of how you feel. Focus on accomplishing the most important thing. It's hard to be overwhelmed by one thing.
