Pacing Yourself - Deepstash

Pacing Yourself

Pacing is when we learn how to strategically use our energy in a manageable manner so that it wouldn't lead to fatigue whether it may be mental, emotional, or physical.

When we say "everyone goes at their own pace" there is no negative connotation behind it supposedly. The intent of the saying is to allow ourselves to move based on our capacity of doing without depleting ourselves wholly.
