Having a routine is a daily habit for monks. But Jay does not asks us to leave our homes, stay in a monastery or wake up at 4 in the morning. He inspires us to have our own convenient daily routine and commit to it. Through a solid routine and discipline, we can reach great distances and goals.
Time is the most valuable thing in our life. In the monk philosophy, even a minute spent wisely is a boon. Jay says in his book, "you can do a lot in 10 minutes" and that has inspired me so much.
