  • close the right nostril with thumb and inhale on left nostril very slowly.
  • at top of the breath pase briefly, nostril closed, lift thumb to exhale on right nostril.
  • after exhale close the nostril for a moment, then inhale through the right.
  • continue for 5 to 10 cycles.
