The simple reason we think we procrastinate is that we think we still have a lot of time.The way to deal with procrastination is to realize that we do not in fact have time.💪Challenge: Break down every task into smaller tasks. Estimate the time it would take to accomplish that small task and add up time for all the tasks and now we realize we don't have time.

If we do what everyone else does, we will end up more or less where everyone else is.If you want to be dramatically different from what everyone else is doing, you've to look beyond what's obvious.💪Challenge: For 90 days if faced with any decision ask yourself: What would most people in my situation do?Then for some time ignore that most probable option. Assume it's not even an option. And force yourself to consider other alternatives.❓Ask yourself two questions:<ol><li>What's the worst thing that can happen?</li><li>What's the best thing that can happen?</li></ol>Do it if you afford the worst for the sake of the Best.

Rejection is a muscle. Build it to get comfortable with it.The small harmless task with a higher chance of rejection.🌿Example: Asking a stranger for a favor.Cold EmailsSay Hi to a random person.💪Challenge: Get rejected for the next 90 days.🪞Reflect on 3 things:<ol><li>How did I feel?</li><li>Why did I feel the way that I felt?</li><li>What could I have done to be accepted?</li></ol>

Approx 80-90% of the world's population lacks focus and faces distractions in life.  Even 90% of the population still extend their working deadlines due to laziness or due to being bored.  This is the common scenario that we all have in our life.
