Our brains are great at coming up with new ideas but have a tough time storing the AMPLE amount of old knowledge. Think about how much information you are exposed to throughout the course of your day, especially on your phone!! Offloading that information onto a secondary system makes organization and retrieval of that information much more efficient. Also, it ensures you never lose valuable information

Second Brain

Explain your understanding of the material as if you were speaking to a fifth grader. As you try to simplify the concepts, you will likely expose gaps in knowledge that you can focus on for future revision sessions! Also, this is great practice as higher education professional work places will require you to communicate your work clearly to an audience that may be unfamiliar with the information!

Feynman Technique

Naturally as humans we have a tendency to forget A LOT of information very rapidly. Spacing out your revisions appropriately allows you to enhance long-term retention increase efficiency as you won't need to study as long in each subsequent session.

Spaced Repetition

One of my favorite ways to practice FREELY recalling information in order to optimize for comprehension long term retention. First open up your textbook or lecture and get familiar with a specific section of the material. Then close the source and write everything you can remember on a blank sheet of paper. Then open the source again and compare it, while also filling in any knowledge gaps and making necessary corrections. Each iteration you do will allow you to retain more information!

Blurting Method

Avoid the traditional blocked practice for your revisions and opt for the more effective interleaved practice! Mixing up the types of questions and even modes of learning helps you maintain greater focus and concentration retain more information by creating contextual interference + simulating a more accurate representation of a testing environment.

Every study system needs a good method for overcoming procrastination. This method involves you breaking work down into much more manageable 25 minute intervals. Once you overcome the initial friction point, you will build momentum making each subsequent pomodoro easier to complete!

Look your friend what kind of clothes his wearing, the accessory, his facial expressions, if you are seeing some kind of stress eyes so you might do something he/she will like in order to relieve some stress that can develop your relationship to them. So Be present, use senses, observe actively, take time, change perspective, and notice patterns.

Tips Of Observation

Sherlock use the method by "Eliminating the Possibilities" to deduce and solve the mystery so he can draw the conclusion what happen in the crime.Let's say for example. A man is found dead in his office. There is no sign of forced entry. The victim was stabbed. The investigators eliminate the possibility of a random robbery as nothing valuable seems to be missing. They also rule out a suicide as stabbing oneself in the back is highly unlikely. The only remaining possibility is that someone the victim knew had a motive to kill him and gained access to the office without causing a disturbance.

People are used to pairs. Pairs of socks, gloves, eyes, ears. And if not pairs than groups. We are just used to seeing people in pairs holding hands, or two friends sitting over a cup of tea, a group of friends having a picnic or going to a bar, so they can join the paired-up community.

What We Are Used To

People tend to feel out of place and weird when sitting alone in a restaurant or café, going to some event, cinema or just hanging out in the park, but that's totally unnecessary! Yes, you may recieve some weird looks from various people, but that's just because they can't fully grasp the concept, that you can enjoy the time you spend alone, because they have never tried it.

When you recieve some of these looks don't worry, it usually isn't even about you... Those strangers go through tough times just like you do, so maybe they just needed to let go of some steam by throwing you a disgusted look.Just enjoy your time, have fun and do the things you always wanted to do.

You have to take care of yourself and your surroundings, but you should also treat yourself.It doesn't matter if you will use something materialistic or spiritual, the goal is to pick up your mood and do something nice for yourself. So, why don't we use the same principle in our life problems?

For example, if a person is having anger issues, he/she will focus on removing the anger, which is the same as removing darkness without turning on the light. Instead, we should focus on having mercy or compassion for others, which is like turning on the light in this case.So, all I am saying is to focus on the correct thing, that means focus on the solution and not on the problem.I hope this will help you all.
