Dopamine or the feel-good hormone is the hormone responsible for the sense of pleasure and satisfaction we feel , it is released as a reward in our body after we do something we like .

It is human nature to get attracted to easier tasks in which we don't have to put labour on our body . That is why our brain likes lying on couch and scrolling the mobile rather than sitting on the desk and revise our notes.

Journaling as a form of self-reflection can be helpful. But now, let’s use a structure approach, especially when you’re feeling anxious where to star.
