Cool Products can't really be explained

Cool Products can't really be explained

There were no words to describe the iPhone, or Notion or Snapchat. No categories fit, no features do them justice. The early adopters can only say things like “Just try it, it’s the future.”

While the inability to describe a product is considered a problem, it may also signal something truly remarkable.

If the words already exist to describe something new then maybe it is not truly that novel after all.
