Because we want to! Doing this, Our subconscious mind will start feeling certainty that our goal has been achieved which finally turned into a doubtless state of mind.

The doubtless mind is easy and light in its state and immediately wants to take the decision.

Then we will start to concentrate on the process.

Kids who have to go thru no love from parents, some of them starts to believe that they are wrong, they are the one who lacks the thing to get motherly love. They think this in such a way that, their body stops producing growth hormone at a speedy intensity.

This finally stops their physical and mental growth.

This effect is called psychosocial dwarfism.

Beliefs are the internal Commands. This affects each cell and tissue of the body. belief system doesn’t just stay in our heads but rather effect the biochemistry

belief system may affect your genes and DNA too.

This could be understood thru an example.

When a lady suffering from Nauseousness was prescribed by an elderly doctor to take a tablet, the lady believed for the tablet to be in favor of her treatment and the intake was a success. But the interesting thing was the tablet was to make us suffer from vomiting rather than stop it.

So, how did this happen?

It's actually simple, her brain gave a clear signal to make her feel good as her brain believed that Doctor’s tablet for whatever it is it will cure her.
