Many people just consume information but don’t actually understand it.Reflecting on what you learn helps you to better understand the material and helps you to implement it in your own life3 Questions to ask yourself after reading or consuming material <ol><li>What was most important to me </li><li>How can I apply this in my work/life </li><li>What is something I can teach to someone else </li></ol>

Reflect On What You Learned 

The quality of the content that you consume matters a lot. If the quality is high it creates a better return on investment also if the quality is high the output is also high and you will be more willingly to share the information you receive

Input And Output 

Implementing what you learned is essential in learning a new skill or Theroy without implementing the knowledge that you gained is just surface level and your short team memory will forget it very quickly some ways to apply what you learned <ol><li>make a project </li><li>write a blog </li></ol>
