We continually influences people directly or indirectly but the question is in which direction will we influence them? So the best way of influencing others is by being aj example. Treat other people how you want to be treated. Adopt the attitude you want other to show you.

The best way to change people is to change them by your example. Don't take your employees to take every call while you dont pick up the phone. You take every call first.

You need to accept that you cannot change others. What you can do is to accept them asbthey are and be the best example and a person that you can be.

When you shift from 'others have to changr' to "what if I change, maybe then the others also change' everything will change.

Be the example of what you want to see in the world.
