Instead of writing a to-do list, or probably forgetting about it or having it come back later which takes more than 2 minutes, do it when you notice it.
These little things start to add up so this rule biases the brain towards taking action and away from procrastination.

When you tryna do something you really don’t want to do - simplify the task down to 2 minutes or less.
If you’re skeptical, then limit yourself to ONLY 2 minutes.
This method seems unproductive at first, it seems stupid but staying consistent with this 2-minute routine day after day makes you master the habit of just showing up.
- A habit needs to be established before it is expanded upon.
- You gotta start somewhere but starting small is easier.
