Self-loathing is real and surprisingly common. We sometimes hate ourselves more than any person could. This phenomenon takes many shapes:
There is an unconscious impluse to be unkind to ourselves and commit self-torture using our own mind. The way we treat others is a subconscious internalization of how others have treated us.
Example: If we were ignored or shunned by others, we are more likely to do the same.
If we want to get out of the downward spiral of self-loathing and stop ourselves from self-destruction, we need to start being self-aware and understand the virtues of forgiveness, mercy, steadfastness and resilience.
Our survival depends on our thinking the best for ourselves, and we need to embrace, self-empathy and self-compassion. The law of attraction plays a huge role here, as what we think about ourselves proves to be true.

This app is LOADED with RELEVANT, HELPFUL, AND EDUCATIONAL material. It is creatively intellectual, yet minimal enough to not overstimulate and create a learning block. I am exceptionally impressed with this app!
