Once you start looking for what you were meant to do, it's easy to get caught up in the search. You can't find your passion by searching the depths of your mind. Passions come from actions and experiences, not idle contemplation.
Here are few simple ways to find your passion.
Living on autopilot is an easy way to feel like you missed out on the last ten years of your life. We've got to begin paying attention. We have to take time to notice where we are. We have to practice being fully present.
In order to find your passions and discover what you truly love. you have to let yourself FEEL things. How will you ever know what you love if you shut off feelings of joy and excitement and appreciation?
Stop thinking about other people so much. Seriously. This will skew your ability to find your passion, keyword there being YOUR passion. It's not about anyone else.
Take time to date yourself - get to know who you are apart from reaching goals and executing action plans. Get to know yourself as if you were falling in love.
If we're not writing things down, or keeping track of our experiences and life lessons, we're probably going to forget them. And even if we don't forget something completely... we might not remember it in as much detail as we'd like to. Journal. Keep track of your thoughts and actions..
Believe in Your Heart. Believe in your heart that you're meant to live a life full of passion, purpose, magic and miracles
