All you need to do is to stop snacking, remember the packaged and processed foods are the first threat to your health. Try to limit your eating period around 8 hours nealy ranging from 11 am to 7 pm and do fasting for nearly 16 hours this will give time and rest to your digestive system and other major organs so that your system could carry on the detoxification or cleaning at cellular level.
