Chunk this holy hour (5-6) on your calender. and write those 20 minutes on it. The things that get scheduled are the things that get done.
Get a great night sleep-Quality sleep-no screen in your bedroom, atleast 1 hour before sleep.
Put your alarm clock away from the bed.
Jump out of bed as soon as you wake up.
