Heartfulness is a heart based meditation practice. It has 3 practice routines a day, which has deep meanings.
1. Morning meditation - Early in the morning before the sunrise
2. Evening Cleaning - After completing the major daily tasks of a day.
3. Night prayer - Before going for sleep.
These practices doesn't rely on any religious maxims in particular. It's a spiritual approach and not religious.
