A fixed sleep cycle when we go to bed and rise roughly around the same time every day is good for our health. At the same time, moving it around can hurt our health and make us feel tired even if we get our full 8 hours.
We tend to feel worse when we sleep in late or go to bed late at night, especially after 2 a.m. If we donโt have fixed hours, we might get less rest and lower sleep quality, as well as struggle more with falling asleep and waking up.
