There are two kinds of individuals that will be interviewing you at this level.

  • Somebody who likes to be the centre of attention. They enjoy being conversationalists. In this case, you should never interrupt them but listen and ask engaging questions about the business and organisation.
  • Somebody who doesn't like to be the centre of attention. Here you can come prepared with some good stories of what you've done before. The best customers you ever worked with, or something that really went well.
