You can do Long hours of Sitting. by using the above method (Pomodoro Technique) Keep your Sitting like: 2hr+2hr+3hr      = On Week Days. 2hr+2hr+3hr+3hr  = On Week Ends.

Rule No15. Long hours of Sitting:

You Make sure to avoid all the distractions from the devices like social media etc. you spend this 1 hour with yourself by doing some kind of exercise, yoga, Meditation & Reading the Self-help book. sitting In front of the sun or the proper sunlight while having one cup of black/ green tea or coffee.

Rule No 2. 1st Hour of Day:

The human brain only retains up to 10% of the whole reading you did, whenever you Finish your reading or whatever make sure to write it in one book. So while next time you go through it you will get a proper understanding.

Sleeping Time must be 7-8hrs, Now a days we have disturbed our sleeping cycle in this period of Covid. So to make a proper SleepCycle you have to sleep on a Daily Fixed time & wake up at the daily fixed time so, that you can make a Proper sleep cycle you should take sleep of 6-8hrs of sleep.

If you are a student Then don't fill your stomach full. keep it just 75% filled, if get hunger eats again but don’t eat full. Because when your stomach is full then, Oxygen of brain reduces & goes to your stomach to digest the food you consumed, due to low Oxygen in brain you start felling Sleepy & Feel lazy.

Make a Proper Road map of your Goals. So basically when you have a road map of what you have to so it will help you to make To-Do list. make sure you make a road map not a timetable because when you make Long Term timetable it will put a burden on you as compared to Road Map. Psychologically when the human brain senses a Heavy Load it will start to Procrastinate the work. as you make a whole timetable for the whole year or something like that... Make sure to structure a Road Map.
