  • Speak with your body. Show that you are 100% invested in the discussion.
  • Say something stupid. If you don't, you're not sharing enough.
  • Stop taking notes. When you take notes, you speak less.
  • If you can't add to the conversation, ask more questions.
  • Consider how to serve meeting attendees.
  • If you can't share your thoughts, do so after the meeting.
