Setting goals

  1. Determine what we want to achieve. The more details the better, for example, some want better health or learn a new skill.
  2. What are you willing to give something in return. Nothing is free, and we will always have to sacrifice something to get something.
  3. Set the date. By doing this, we will have committed ourselves and we will be fully responsible for our actions.
  4. Have a plan. Creating multiple milestones along the way, putting together a realistic timeline, and being consistent.
  5. Write it down. This is a formal contract, which works as a commitment to ourselves.
  6. Read it. Once a day to remember.
