It is the ability to do activities that get us closer to reaching our goals. This can be spending more time going to the gym or getting up earlier, anything that helps us to accomplish our objectives.
Willpower has a lot to do with our planning and self-control. So in order to develop it, we need to be consistent.
Remember it is changing a habit, not eliminating or removing it.
We must bear in mind that a habit stays with us forever since it is part of our brain. Therefore, it is practically impossible to remove it. The trick is to change it.
