Although meditation helps in improving mindfulness (which is a superpower in itself btw) but the results are super slow.

I personally have been practicing meditation consistently for 6 months now but I haven't seen much results

What is actually meant by having high expectations?

Many people start doing meditations to get supernatural powers within a month or to completely be devoid of distracting thoughts. But then after sometime they just end their meditation practice because they could not have 0 thoughts while meditating.
