Each people are giants in their own circle (leaders in team, coach, father in family). And this made each one of us should do self introspection to see our best and worst qualities as these may impact people that look us as 'giants'.
Find your views on success, find your unconscious bias and pay attention how you response to the peoplewho have different views or you have bias on. As you understand that your action as 'giants' may impact others, you will also need to consider on what you promise and filter your feedback, as what you do may eventually build a culture.
