The best way I found is to turn off the notification of all social media apps and not to put them on the home screen.

A phone is just a tool, it’s not good or bad. Our use of phones can be quantified.

Now it’s a challenge for all of us, how much we are capable, serious, and mentally strong to achieve our goals!
