Systems and processes enable you to start a project very easily and keep a project moving. Creating systems and processes will make all your design work go much smoother and help your clients as well.

Build systems and processes 

Don't come into a client meeting talking about hourly billing or how much hours a project will take, rather start thinking about What value will I create for the business with the design or content I am going to create. When you start thinking about the value, you can move to value based pricing and then increase your rates.

Stop Selling hours rather sell value

Many people today believe that if you have good design skills and continue to grow in your knowledge of design you will automatically get more money and start making a higher profit.Many people have realized that, that viewpoint just isn't the case and it isn't true.

Better Design Doesn't Equal More Money

You don't have to start a youtube channel or get a ton of followers on Instagram, but building a brand is benefical and important if you want to position yourself as an expert in the design field.Some ways you can do that is <ul><li>Posting your designs on design platforms like dribbble or behance</li><li>Going on linkedin or twitter and communicating with other designers </li></ul>
