The beautiful world outside
I, too, was one of those who began and ended their day staring at their phone screen: I would start my mornings by checking all of my new messages and notifications, then it would’ve been time for scrolling on social media for at least one hour and compare myself with the seemingly amazing life my friends were having.
I wasn’t realizing the negative effects all of this had on my physical and mental health, and, perhaps worse, I was unaware of the beautiful world outside.
