Exercise Is Often More Effective Than Therapy

A study conducted on March 3, 2023 found that all forms of exercise are up to 50% more effective than traditional therapy.

Speaking to people about their problems often goes in circles and only serves as a temporary solution, with them only feeling better for the length of the conversation. It is still recommended to seek a therapist if you have severe depression, however.

Exercise, on the other hand, produces several biological changes such as feel-good transmitters with effects that can last for days afterwards.
