As our body serves as a vehicle that carries the spirit, the body carries emotions as well. Fear is an emotional energy that we can be able to neutralize, transmute and transform. It is an emotion that we can be able to release and let go. One that we cannot surrender to because it is no master we can serve.
Fear as an emotion we bear within out emotional energy, also coexist within our mental energy. The thoughts we internalize into our psyche, transform into emotions we internalize in our hearts. See how your hearts beats when you think about something you are afraid of doing yet want to do with your whole heart? While we cannot totally rid ourselves of the emotion of fear, we can interrogate the root cause of our fear. What triggers the emotion of fear within us ?
