<ul><li>Prove it again - Certain groups are pushed to prove their over worth and worth again as compared to others.  </li><li>The tightrope of behaviours - Certain groups are allowed to behave in whatever way they want while certain others aren't. </li><li>Tug-of-war - Minority groups are pitted against each other for a few limited opportunities. </li><li>Maternal wall - Perception that mothers are not committed enough. </li><li>Racial stereotypes - Certain races are being tagged as emotional, confrontational etc. </li></ul>
