Allahu Akbar, written as الله أكبر in Arabic, is a phrase meaning ‘God is most great’, used by Muslims in prayers and as a general declaration of faith or thanksgiving.It is the first word that is whispered in the ears of a newborn Muslim, and it is the last word that is spoken when they lower a Muslim in their grave.

"Subhan Allah" meaning Allah SWT is perfect in an absolute sense. Contextually, it's often said at times of amazement and in moments of joyous delights.To say “subhanAllah” from the heart, you acknowledge that He is perfect, above anything in the creation, and that everything that comes from Him is perfect i.e. Allah is the one and only, the most glorious, and is a declaration that he is above any fault, or shortcoming.

Bismillah (بسم الله) is a phrase in Arabic meaning "in the name of Allah". It is also the first word in the Qur'an.The Bismillah is used extensively in everyday Muslim life, said as the opening of each action in order to receive blessing from God.Generally, we recite Bismillah before any action. By doing so, we ask for Allah's blessings and remind ourselves that everything we do is by the will of Allah. When we say 'Bismillah' then Allah SWT takes all harm away from the food. Always say 'Bismillah' before you eat and be thankfull towards your Creator.

Astaghfirullah, also spelt Istigfar, literally translates to "I seek forgiveness in Allah". It is a short prayer of redemption, an expression of guilt or shame.Astaghfirullah is the gateway of relief and happiness. Whenever you are in distress, start reciting it repeatedly, Insha Allah it will take you out of your anxiety and will put you in a peaceful situation and will give you happiness. Istighfar removes anxiety and prayers are answered.

Ameen, also spelt Āmīn (آمين) is the Arabic form of Amen. In Islam, it is used with the same meaning as in Judaism and Christianity; when concluding a prayer or after a supplication.English translations of the word Ameen include “verily”, “truly”, “it is true”, and “let it be so”. It is also used colloquially, to express strong agreement.Saying Ameen is a way for believers to offer their words of acknowledgment and agreement up to the Almighty, with humility and hope that Allah SWT hears and answers their prayers.

Every Muslim believes in this and testifies to it.It protects you from the flames of hell as stated by the Prophet PBUH.The conditions of La ilaha illa-Allah are: knowledge, certainty, submission, following, truthfulness, sincerity and love.

Shukran comes from the root verb shakara (شكر) meaning “to thank”. it is used in all Arabic-speaking countries, in both formal and informal settings, and is understood widely among speakers of all dialects of Arabic. It is used to show appreciation towards a person who has done a favorable act.

This is a powerful Arabic word which translates to mean “All praise is due to Allah”. As a Muslim, reciting this word is an integral part of our deen. Both the Quran and Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (saw) teach us to say this word daily.More generally, whenever you find yourself benefiting from an accomplishment or achievement remember to say Alhamdulillah. Saying Alhamdulillah is more than just a word, it’s a philosophy. It shows your character and ability to be humble and show humility. All very respectable qualities.

Individuating from your parent and building your own sense of self may require you to consciously set aside any hopes that your parent will change and acknowledge that they can never be, nor have they ever been, the “good enough” parent that every child deserves. Accepting the loss of what you never had can free you to become the person you know you were meant to be.

One way you can do this is by not encouraging a victim mentality.  It’s natural for us to want to shield our children from things and defend them when they’ve been wronged. But it’s important to make sure you show them how to deal with life’s challenges instead of viewing themself as a victim of circumstance.

Lesson 1:  Help your child be responsible and persevere

An example <a href="https://amymorinlcsw.com/about-amy/">Morin </a>shares is a 14-year-old patient named Cody who was on medication for his ADHD. His teachers said the medication helped him pay attention and be calmer, but his grades weren’t improving. His parents responded by demanding he be given less work than the other students.

But the problem wasn’t in his workload-it was actually the result of <a href="http://fourminutebooks.com/learned-optimism-summary/">learned helplessness </a>. His parents enforced the idea that his ADHD made him incapable, so he believed there was nothing he could do about it. When they recognized the problem and helped him feel like he was able to handle these responsibilities, he started trying and turned his grades around.

When parents are mentally strong, they don’t let kids shy away from assuming responsibility. Hold your child accountable instead of letting them blame others for their problems. In addition, let them practice resolving conflict on their own instead of always intervening, as this makes them more likely to blame others.

A lot of parents view their kids as an extension of themselves. Many secretly hope that if they push them to succeed in the things they didn’t, they can help mend old wounds. But pushing your kid to perfection is bad for their mental health. When you expect perfection, they start to believe your love is conditional and you won’t love them if they make a mistake.

These kids are more likely to have mental health problems, physical health problems, and do recreational drugs.

Instead of doing this, help them learn when they slip up that what’s most important is how they overcome problems . Today you and I are digging into three things you must accept about other people. 

It took me years to understand these truths.

It sounds horrible, but I always wondered, “What’s wrong with people? Why don’t they change?”

I know you can relate. Because today I’m taking your questions about trying to change other people. 

You’re frustrated by the fact that your spouse or partner won’t #exercise more. You get angry seeing how much money your daughter wastes going out every weekend. You’re annoyed by how stubborn your #parents have become the older they get.

Me too.

I’ve tried every tactic you can imagine to get other people to change. And recently I realized the true source of my #frustration: It’s not them, it’s me.

I’m refusing to accept three things.

These things are hard to accept, and they’re true.

Once you hear them and you apply them to your life, your #relationships will be way easier.

In addition to the three truths about other people, you’ll learn #research that explains why it’s so hard to get other people to change. And like all episodes, this one is packed with tactical advice and #takeaways that you can put to use immediately.

And, if you’re the one who’s busy making changes but your loved ones are not being supportive, I answer that question from a listener, too.

1.Be more present

When faced with contradicting ideas, don't discard it. On the opposite, you have to give it a chance, let it sink in, and then choose whether it was true or not.

2.Be more open-minded

Having basic knowledge about a verity of stuff and fields will drastically help you both socially and professionally.

3.Know things

In this world of where the masses tend to conform, the right thing to is to have your own opinion about things.<ul><li>You must gain sufficient knowledge about the certain topic in order to make up opinion.</li><li> </li></ul>

4.Have you own opinions

In this day and age, storytelling is a powerful tool. <ul><li>telling stories through journaling will help reflect on life.</li><li>Can also generate content for social media posts and videos.</li><li>In itself can make you live more vividly</li></ul>

Authenticity is being true and living the moment.No fear from sharing the misfortunes and failures and no hiding behind cool-guy act.

6.Be Authentic

These ideas, simple as they are, can help us in nurturing genuine relationships with the people around us

The state in which people are so involved in an activity that nothing else seems to matter; the experience itself is so enjoyable that people will do it even at great cost, for the sheer sake of doing it.

The concept of flow

Optimal experience occurs when a person’s body or mind is stretched to its limits in a voluntary effort to accomplish something difficult and worthwhile. Optimal experience is thus something that we make happen.The optimal state of inner experience is one in which there is order in consciousness.﻿Consciousness is not a strictly linear system, but one in which circular causality is obtained. Attention shapes the self, and is in turn shaped by it.

Optimal Experience

This, in turn, is related to goals and intentions. These processes are connected to each other by the self, or the dynamic mental representation we have of the entire system of our goals. These are the pieces that must be maneuvered if we wish to improveSelf → Psychic Energy → Attention → Goals & Intentions → Self

Experience depends on psychic energy - on the structure of attention.

The mark of a person who is in control of consciousness is the ability to focus attention at will, to be oblivious to distractions, to concentrate for as long as it takes to achieve a goal, and not longer. And the person who can do this usually enjoys the normal course of everyday lifePeople who learn to control inner experience will be able to determine the quality of their lives, which is as close as any of us can come to being happy.

Signs of A Conscious Being

<ol><li>Flow occurs when we confront tasks we have a chance of completing.</li><li>Ability to concentrate on what we are doing.</li><li>The concentration is possible because the task undertaken has clear goals and provides immediate feedback.</li><li>One acts with a deep but effortless involvement that removes from awareness the worries and frustrations of everyday life.</li><li>Enjoyable experiences allow people to exercise a sense of control over their actions.</li><li>Concern for the self disappears, yet paradoxically the sense of self emerges stronger after the flow experience is over.</li><li>The sense of the duration of time is altered.</li></ol>

How to experience flow ?

Complexity is the result of two broad psychological processes: differentiation and integration. Differentiation implies a movement toward uniqueness, toward separating oneself from others. Integration refers to its opposite: a union with other people, with ideas and entities beyond the self.

People become increasingly complex as a result of flow.
