They just need to know where you ended up.Example:I want to point out that our current staffing problems have been exacerbated by a combination of low salaries and the rising cost of housing for renters and buyers in our target cities.Readers will know you’re pointing out the staffing problems because you’re the author of the document that mentions that staffing problems. You don’t lose important information if you cut those first few words and start with “Our current staffing problems…”

Just do it

Oxidative damage occurs when an electron is stolen from an important biochemical structure, such as a base in a genetic code or the amino acids making up proteins. Simple changes to DNA <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DNA_oxidation">can transform a base </a>into something different, altering its behavior so it no longer spells out the same sequence. While our bodies have repair mechanisms that can account for these damaging changes, as we age the problems can pile up. Mutations get missed, aggregations of proteins build, <a href="https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5927356/">and risks </a>of diseases like <a href="https://www.sciencealert.com/cancer">cancer </a>or even neurodegenerative conditions like <a href="https://www.sciencealert.com/parkinsons-disease">Parkinson's </a>increase.

How does oxidation harm our bodies?

Our bodies naturally produce a range of chemical products called free radicals as a consequence of typical metabolic processes.To deal with these reactive species, our bodies also produce enzymes with antioxidant properties, like superoxide dismutase. But our environment can also be a source of free radicals. Absorbing pollutants, including cigarette smoke and toxic metals, can overwhelm our bodies' home-grown defenses and increase oxidative damage.

What causes oxidative stress?

Between our own enzymes and the antioxidants we collect in our diet, our body is as well prepared for keeping a lid on oxidative stress as it can be.Unfortunately, adding more antioxidants to the mix isn't the solution we might imagine. <ul><li>More importantly, studies over the decades have found no sign that antioxidant supplements can reduce risks of ill health or combat aging.</li></ul>Further research is needed to figure out why supplementary antioxidants don't seem to reduce oxidative stress in the body and what possibly can.

How Do You Know S/he is the Person You Should Marry?

1. You MUST respect the other person.2. You MUST compromise. Little ones and big ones.3. You MUST talk openly. Communication is critical.Look at these three things and make sure you have them in your relationship before you contemplate either move.

3 Critical Points of a Successful Marriage/Relationship:

"Do you respect that person?" You don't need to be married to find out if you respect that person, that should be something that you should establish. You should ask yourself about the partner that you're with, "Do they respect me? or they only respect me when I wear the right clothing? The right make up on? or they're nice to me?" But being nice to someone does not mean you respect them, test that out, push a bit.Find out if someone respect you even if you differ with them on things. Again, you don't need to be married or living tigether to try that out.

1. Respect

If all you have done in your relationship is he calls you up and says, "Let's go to dinner." Then, you'll asked where you want to go. He'll said, "I chose last time you choose this time." And you'll agree.You should try a night where each of you picks a place, and the other one is force to go to the one they don't like. The example above is not compromising, it's a practice of being nice with each other. The advice Mitch said was the perfect example of experimenting with compromising. Again, you don't need to be married or live together to try that out.

2.  Compromise

Ask each other about:a. what would you do when you're married?b. How would you live if you are married?c. How would you raise your children?d. What religion would you raise your children?e. How often would you go to church?f. Public or private school would you like to put in your children?g. Where you would like to live cities or provinces?h. Do you enjoy traveling or stay inside the house?i. How important is it to you be close with your family when you're married?j. How important is money to you?k. How much money do you think we need to have for us/you to be happy?+++

++l. How much do I/you need to make?m. Are you okay if I don't work and you're the one one who's working/Are you okay if you don't work and I'm the one who's working for the family?n. If we have children, what are we going to do?

If you think these are not important, and you'll reason out that love will find a way. Well, love runs into walls just like the rest of us. If the wall is constant, if there's no hole on it, if there's no way through it, eventually it can knock down too.Before you make the decision for yourself, try it out yourself on those three and examine if you are also ready to be married, because if there is any answer here that doesn't sound right, then that's most probably a red flag.

Marriage nowadays is overlooked, most couples are going separate ways because they find something that they don't know about their partner, that made them not compromising leading to breakups. Marriage should be valued and made God the center of it.

Episode 132 - Living Together Before Marriage?

Whether stranded in the woods, the mountains, or on a deserted island, the first thing to do is to signal for rescue.<ul><li>Use your resources to signal any ships or planes that might pass by.</li><li> If no-one comes, take steps to avoid injury. Your feet are the most important and vulnerable tools for survival. Boots can protect you from cutting your feet as you explore.</li><li>Find fresh water. Humans can't live without water for more than ten days. You need at least 1 litre of water per day to survive. If you have to choose between dehydration and unfiltered water, take your chances with the water.</li></ul>

What to do if you’re stranded in the wilderness

<ul><li>If you're close to the sea, you can convert salt water to fresh. Fill a can with salt water, then put a second container over the can. This will collect the freshwater that evaporates out of the can.</li><li>Look for signs of life such as vegetation, birds, and insects. It can all mean you are nearby water sources.</li><li>Roots, vegetables and cacti all contain water. Mashing them with a rock will release some liquid.</li><li>Water flows downhill, so check low-terrain canyons and mountain basis for a water source.</li><li>Morning dew can be collected with a cloth before sunrise and then wrung out.</li></ul>

Finding water

Fish juices, blood, alcohol, seawater and urine will dehydrate you, which is the opposite of what you want. It can also trigger low blood pressure, which can damage vital organs like your heart, lungs, and kidneys.

What not to drink

<ul><li>Create a dry patch of ground about 4 feet wide. Build a ring of rocks or dig down a few inches to keep the fire insulated. </li><li>Then use paper, dry grass or pine needles as tinder. Pile loosely in the centre and top with kindling. If the kindling isn’t dry enough, you will need more tinder.</li><li>If you have a lighter or matches, ignite the tinder and gently blow on the fire. If you don’t have a lighter, you need to use friction to create an ember or can use a lens to harness the sun’s light. </li><li>Once you have a healthy flame, arrange firewood in a tepee shape. Ensure to keep feeding your fire.</li></ul>

Know how to build a fire

It’s impossible to drown in quicksand because humans will float in it. However, once disturbed, quicksand becomes more viscous, trapping whatever it develops.  To get out, wiggle your legs to create a pocket for water to trickle down. This will loosen the sand around your legs. Then lay back. The more you distribute your weight across the surface, the harder it will be to sink. Then use a backstroke to propel yourself backwards. When you reach solid ground, roll away from the quicksand.

Quicksand

Snakes will avoid you, but if you happen to get bitten by venomous snakes, don’t try to suck the venom out as it is delivered straight to your bloodstream and could further infect the wound. Instead, hold the bitten limb below the heart level to prevent the venom from reaching your heart.

Wildlife dangers

<ul><li>If the bear hasn’t seen you, slowly backstep yourself out of the situation.</li><li>If the bear does see you, the bear is probably more afraid of you and will take off on its own.</li><li>If you are attacked, don’t run. Make yourself look big. Scream and act crazy.</li><li>In the event of an attack by a black bear, you should fight for your life.</li><li>The best chance of survival agains a grizzly bear is to curl up in a ball and play dead. Protect your head and neck, and hold on. The bear will end up leaving and moving on. When you know the animal has moved off into the underbrush, quietly get up and seek medical attention.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Study the terrain, environment and wildlife of any new area before you enter it</li><li>Let people you know where you will be and how long you’ll be there.</li><li>Bring the necessary gear for the trip</li></ul>

Survival preparation

There's a lot of information about how to stay alive if you are trapped in a survival scenario. You don't have to watch all of them. Just this one. The top three ways of dying in the wilderness are falling, drowning and heart attack. Having a plan could be a strategy that saves your life. Staying uninjured, finding clean water and a way back to civilization are all paramount to survival.
