<ul><li>Make memories more memorable. Make foreign words more memorable by learning the sound system of your language, then connect those sounds to images, then connect those images to your past experiences.</li><li>Maximize laziness. Don't do rote repetition. Study a concept until you can repeat it once without looking, then stop.</li><li>Recall rather than review. Make and use flashcards containing images and personal connections for words, pronunciation or grammatical construction.</li><li>Test yourself just before you think you'll forget.</li><li>Rewrite the past. When you recall a memory, you can rewrite earlier experiences.</li></ul>

Five principles of memory

<ul><li>Ears. Your brain is hardwired to ignore the differences between foreign sounds. Train your brain to listen to similar-sounding words, such as niece and knees.</li><li>Mouth. Improve your accent by using the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA). Learn the position of the tongue, lips and vocal cords.</li><li>Eyes. Every language contains a pattern of connections between its spelling and its sounds. Try to internalise that pattern using a spaced repetition system (SRS). Create flashcards to memorise every spelling pattern you need.</li></ul>

Train your ears, mouth and eyes

Learning only a thousand words can help you recognize almost 75 percent of what you read. <ul><li>Learn 625 words from word frequency lists. Each language has its own list.</li><li>Use games to create deep multi-sensory memories for words.</li></ul> Game 1: Spot the differences.Search for the words in the native language, then switch to Basic Version. Look for differences, then add one or two good images in flashcards for that word. Game 2: Memory Game.Look for a personal memory related to the word. Try to remember the word rather than the translation.

Learning words

All language learning follows the same pattern: We go from simple sentences (doggie jump), we change their forms, -ing forms(doggie jumping) to irregular past (birdies went). Then regular past tense verbs (doggie jumped) and present tense in third person (Daddy eats). To make sentences:<ul><li>Take the first example out of your grammar book. and make a flashcard.</li><li>When you see new words or word forms that surprise you, make flashcards based on them.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Start with the top 1000 words in your new language.</li><li>Add keywords based on your interests.</li><li>Use a thematic vocabulary book.</li><li>Use Google Images to find quality example sentences and pictures for your words.</li><li>Write example sentences and definitions, get them corrected.</li><li>Add a dictionary when you have enough vocabulary.</li></ul> Read a book.<ul><li>The first book should be familiar to you.</li></ul> Watch movies and TV.<ul><li>Read an overview of the series or movie first. In any relationship, setting clear personal boundaries is very important so that there’s no misunderstanding about when those lines are crossed or what topics are off-limits.If boundaries aren’t clearly communicated, people may be unaware that they’ve gone too far.Here’s an example “Mom, I don’t like it when you shout at me over the phone. I’m not OK with shouting, and I don’t want to have our future conversations include shouting.”This person is clearly communicating a boundary — that they’re not OK with yelling and stating their expectations for future conversations.

There are certain times, especially during a heated discussion, that it might be necessary to take a break so that you can calm down, collect your thoughts, and return to the discussion with a clearer mindset. Even a brief pause can help prevent a further communication breakdown.

Fatigue is a feeling that you're chronically tired - mentally and physically. It can be caused by a number of factors, including unhealthy lifestyle choices, workplace problems and stress.

Food, which gives us energy, is broken down by the digestive system. Some elements, such as water, are absorbed through the stomach. The rest are absorbed through the small intestine.

Energy explained

Drink lots of water. A dehydrated body functions less efficiently.Be careful with caffeine. 1 or 2 caffeinated drinks per day like coffee, tea or cola can boost your energy and mental alertness, but more than 6 caffeinated drinks per day may make you anxious, irritable, and negatively affect your performance. Eat breakfast. Food boosts your metabolism and gives your body energy to burn. The brain relies on glucose for fuel, so choose carbohydrate-rich breakfast foods such as cereals or whole grain bread.

Dietary suggestions

Don't skip meals. Going without food for too long allows blood sugar levels to dip. Try to eat regularly to maintain your energy levels throughout the day.Don't crash diet. Low calorie diets or diets that severely restrict carbohydrates don't contain enough energy for your body's needs. The typical crash diet also deprives the body of nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and trace elements.Eat a healthy diet. Increase the amount of fruit, vegetables, whole grain foods, low fat dairy products and lean meats in your diet. Reduce the amount of high fat, high sugar and high salt foods.

Get enough sleep. Adults need about 8 hours per night.Limit caffeine. Too much caffeine, especially in the evening, can cause insomnia. There are many different ways you can boost your energy, but see your health practitioner first to make sure you don't have an underlying medical problem.
Energy explained
Food, which gives us energy, is broken down by the digestive system. Some elements, such as water, are absorbed through the stomach. The rest are absorbed through the small intestine. 
The body's preferred energy source is glucose, from carbohydrates , but it can also use fatty acids (from fats) and amino acids (from proteins). Glucose is delivered to virtually every cell in the body by the bloodstream, and is then burned with oxygen to produce energy. Hormones control every step in this process; for example, the pancreas makes the hormone insulin, which helps to control blood sugar levels.
Dietary suggestions
If you want more energy, look at your diet and make sure you're following these basic guidelines:

Sleep suggestions
A common cause of fatigue is not enough sleep, or poor quality sleep. Suggestions include:

Get enough sleep. Adults need about 8 hours per night.
Limit caffeine. Too much caffeine, especially in the evening, can cause insomnia. Limit caffeinated drinks to 5 or fewer per day, and avoid these types of drinks after dinner.
Learn how to relax. A common cause of insomnia is fretting while lying in bed. Experiment with different relaxation techniques until you find one or two that work for you; for example, you could think of a restful scene, focus on your breathing, or silently repeat a mantra or phrase.
Avoid sleeping pills. Sleeping pills don't work in the long term because they don't address the causes of insomnia.
Avoid reading or watching TV in bed.

Lifestyle suggestions

Don't smoke. Cigarette smoke contains many harmful substances. There are many reasons why smokers typically have lower energy than non-smokers. For example, the body needs to combine glucose with oxygen to make energy, but carbon monoxide in cigarette smoke reduces the amount of oxygen available.
Limit the time you sit down. Reduce sedentary behaviours such as watching television and using computers.
Increase physical activity. Physical activity boosts energy levels, while a sedentary lifestyle is known to cause fatigue. Being active has many healthy effects on the body and mind. It reduces blood pressure, helps to maintain a healthy weight, and is an effective treatment for depression and anxiety. A good bout of exercise also helps you sleep better at night.
Seek advice. If you haven't exercised in a long time, are obese, are over age 40 or have a chronic medical condition, seek advice from your doctor or health practitioner regarding small steps you can take towards a more active lifestyle.
Seek treatment for substance abuse if you need it. Excessive alcohol consumption or recreational drug use contributes to fatigue.   It's also potentially dangerous.
Workplace issues. Demanding jobs, conflicts at work and burnout are common causes of fatigue. Take steps to address your work problems. A good place to start is to talk with your human resources officer.

Psychological issues
Studies suggest that between 50 and 80% of fatigue cases are mainly due to psychological factors. Suggestions include:

Assess your lifestyle. Are you putting yourself under unnecessary stress? Are there ongoing problems in your life that may be causing prolonged anxiety or depression? It may help to seek professional counselling to work out family, career or personal issues.
Relaxation training. Constant anxiety drains the body of energy and can lead to burnout. Relaxation techniques, such as meditation and yoga, help to 'switch off' adrenaline and allow your body and mind to recover.
Learn to do nothing. A hectic lifestyle is exhausting. Try to carve out a few more hours in your week to simply relax and hang out. If you can't find a few more hours, it may be time to rethink your priorities and commitments.
Have more fun. Are you so preoccupied with commitments and pressures that you don't give yourself enough time for fun? Laughter is one of the best energy boosters around.

When you’re trying to persuade someone to do something, one tactic is to make it simple. You’re not trying to change their mind, you’re making it easy for them to say ‘yes.'Use this technique on yourself by agreeing to just do five more. For example, make five more calls, read five more pages, or send five emails.In many cases, 80% of the problem is getting started. By making that initial step easy, you’re not trying to change your mind; you’re doing what you need to get started and you’ll likely build the momentum to do a lot more.

Persuade yourself to get moving by setting smaller, interim goals, such as writing a chapter every week.Long-term goals don’t motivate. They can be too much—something you can’t wrap your head around—and cause you to freak out. Goals that are easier to accomplish can be motivating. When you see the end of something, you kick harder to get to the finish line.

Posting an intention on social media can also be motivating. This has to do with the behavioral science that watched people are nice people. A public commitment is like being watched. You don’t want to lose face or look bad.To work, the public commitment persuasion tactic has to involve specific goal setting. You can’t just proclaim you’re going to write a book or run a marathon.If one has never written book, for example, it won’t be effective. Provide a timeframe, such as a finishing a chapter this week. Smaller and more specific is better than large and general announcements.

Another trick for getting more done is to take a break. The brain and body are not meant to work nonstop, says Pink.For whatever weird reason, we have the idea that powering through is the best way to get stuff done and a sign of our own virtue. We’ve got it upside down and believe amateurs take breaks and pros don’t. Athletes know that taking breaks is not a deviation from performance but is part of performance.Your drive to get more done would increase if you would simply take a walk outside every afternoon.

Having a looming deadline can be a good motivator for committing to action. You can set them yourself or leverage deadlines given to you by a manager or coworker.Deadlines help turn an abstract into something concrete, instead of a dull nagging to do something. Deadlines also provide the power of endings. It helps when you see the finish line.

Once we understand that nothing is completely original, we'll feel a heavy burden lifted off ours shoulders. This mean anyone can become a creative person. Its a pretty good (but tthat's probably not gonna work in every scenario).

But, I'm going to distinguish between them and tell you which is more hard to do.
