1)Remove The "TRIGGERS

First of all, identify the triggers that leads you to fap or watch porn. For some it can be a romantic scene, their "type" of person(attractive stimulation),magazines, things you follow , etc

  • Now, Remove them instantly if possible.
  • After removing , find things or work that gives you "GOOD VIBES" and place them in your surroundings. Eg-Plants, PlayStation , chess, etc.
  • Or engage in work that gives you "SATISFACTION" after doing eg-planting sapling & taking care of it everyday.
  • Just make sure they are not at all related to TRIGGERS .
  • And practice these type of activities "EVERYDAY"
