After falling in one of the worst periods of depression in my life, I realized how perspective and habits are helpful tools for our days. Take one or various activities and adapt at your own routine; and if you do not have one, then it is time to create it.
Even if I work until 9 AM, I decide to wake up at 6:30 AM.
But I slept at 10:30 PM to have my 8 sleep hours, which are the most important base for starting with energy in the morning.
At the first alarm, just jump from the bed.
Do not wait until you are finally awake because that will never happen; it is better to get up and turn your alarm off.
Advice: Set you phone or clock far from the bed to make you get up to turn it off.
If you are surrounded by darkness, you will not get energy.
After you click your alarm, you need to turn your lights on or open your windows to let the light filter.
Make your bed.
Do not be lazy. If you can do it, you will feel satisfied because it is the first thing that you did in that new day.
After getting up, I appreciate three things aloud. No matter how simple those are, sometimes we forget we have it.
Example: I am grateful for having the opportunity to move, I am greateful because I still have a job, etc.
If you believe in a religion, you can pray to thank for all those things as well.
Find you perfect position. Sitting, standing up, laying down, or stretching, do as you prefer. Then, breath deeply and keep a short period of only breathing, cleaning your thoughts.
You can use a guide meditation if you need.
No matter how much, just do it. Even if it is only a stretching 5-min-routine, you need to do something to help your body.
And after that, a refreshing shower will make you feel as new.
Avoid coffee as first thing in the morning.
Better to drink half cup of water to wake up your mind.
Do not skip any meal. At least eat something light, but your body needs energy and the best source is the food.
Let's be grateful, spread knowledge, and enjoy our lives

This app is LOADED with RELEVANT, HELPFUL, AND EDUCATIONAL material. It is creatively intellectual, yet minimal enough to not overstimulate and create a learning block. I am exceptionally impressed with this app!
Great interesting short snippets of informative articles. Highly recommended to anyone who loves information and lacks patience.
Best app ever! You heard it right. This app has helped me get back on my quest to get things done while equipping myself with knowledge everyday.
Great for quick bits of information and interesting ideas around whatever topics you are interested in. Visually, it looks great as well.
I have only been using it for a few days now, but I have found answers to questions I had never consciously formulated, or to problems I face everyday at work or at home. I wish I had found this earlier, highly recommended!
Brilliant. It feels fresh and encouraging. So many interesting pieces of information that are just enough to absorb and apply. So happy I found this.
