By imposing conditions such as word count limits, or sentence restrictions, we can generate outputs that are concise and succinct. This basically simplifies our task, by reducing the jargon we need to deal with.
Alternatively, these limits help us curb costs, especially when using OpenAI's APIs since we are charged on a per token basis.

Setting a focal point
ChatGPT will generally focus on the entire goal/objective that is provided to it. Asking it to summarise will summarise the whole content, and asking it to build a blog website will get you a blog website.
But specificity is what matters. By telling ChatGPT what your specific focus is will allow it to solve a problem with your focus in mind.
An example of this would be to generate a product description for one of your products, while keeping in mind that the target audience is Gen-Z. Your output will significantly change
