20 hours

10000 hour rule was made to become master in any skill. not to learn any skill. You just need 20 hours man. The 4 steps to literally invest those 20 hours in the skill:

  1. Deconstruct the skill: make it to smaller parts; you do not need to learn 100 or more chords to play a guitar; the important ones will be cool too.
  2. Learn enough to self-correct: Do not be like "I will read these 20 books and then go programming." Read that much which makes you self-learn and teach.
  3. Remove the practice barriers: Remove the filthy distractions. 
  4. Practice at least 20 hours.
