Spend the other 33% of your time with people equal to you. These people are your friends.

Spend the last 33% of your time with people above you. This is the path most people forget about. So for example you want to build a 1 million dollar company, then talk to someone who has already built a 10 million dollar comany. This is called the 10X Rule. Such people should be 10 or 20 years ahead your path.
