Avoid screen-related headaches

  1. Take breaks frequently and use the time to stretch your body and do some light yoga.
  2. Avoid sitting and working for a longer period of time. It is advisable to not sit for longer than 20-30 minutes if you are studying from your laptop.
  3. If your preparation requires you to stare at a computer screen, then make sure that during breaks or free time, you do not use any type of technology or screen.
