Sleeping Time must be 7-8hrs, Now a days we have disturbed our sleeping cycle in this period of Covid. So to make a proper SleepCycle you have to sleep on a Daily Fixed time & wake up at the daily fixed time so, that you can make a Proper sleep cycle you should take sleep of 6-8hrs of sleep.
