If you are motivated you will build lasting changes but if your pleasure is more important than your goal, you won't.Use The Big Three to make steps and goals more important than your pleasure.<ol><li>Money</li><li>Social connections</li><li>Health</li></ol>Ask yourself if it is important to change your behavior for better health, relationships, or more money and use the answer to leverage the other forces to continue to make positive changes in your life.

Change begins with action.
