We often relate hard work to stressful. That's all our mind can think of hard work. It works but than you need to constantly put yourself in stressful mental state or it will get their automatically. Work hard but don't forget to relax yourself with small breaks. Work hard for 2 days and relax for 3 days. You can do easy work on 3 days and on 2 days of week you can do all the work that really needs all of your dedication, time and resources. This way you are standing out from others with no stress.
