Be A Victor Not A Victim

Be A Victor Not A Victim

This might strike a nerve but if you have a bad past and you're still suffering from it you're not a victim but a volunteer.

Pain is inevitable but suffering is not. To suffer for long you have to be a volunteer, because you still allow it to be painful today, hold you back, and take space in your mind and life.

You don't have to suffer anymore. You can't change your past.

What you can change is how you tell the story or the event to yourself. Instead of it being something that holds you back, change it into something that empowers and propels you forward.

Again, be a victor not a victim.
