What is toxic positivity?
Toxic Positivity is feeling that, we have to be happy, if not we are ashamed of ourselves thinking that we are feeling sad. When we cry most of our parents say HEY DON'T CRY LIKE A BABY ALWAYS SMILE. What it actually means is that, this statement is forcing us for stop crying, put our real feelings behind and always SMILE. This is what toxic positivity is. This is the current situation of our society, we have to open our eyes and see what are we really doing.
