Inward Outward

Catch the ball go over and jap with leg outside to a inside out shot. Now add a jab inside to the rim 1 2 jab. Then side on back pedal with same leg and punch dribble to shot or go to the basketball.

When a defender pushes on you use 2 foot to past them while protecting the ball low near waist and stretch over to pats defender. If the defender scoots back . Use the same foot to push back to a punch dribble to get to a shot.

High rep if you want to drive.

Go over the top from facing inside after your leg has protected against close defender. Push off with outside leg / same leg while driving.
